In a dazzling demonstration of a company having its priorities in order, Oreo says it built a concrete vault in Norway to protect its cookies from the apocalypse. Built near the village of Longyearbyen on the island of Spitsbergen, the vault at its inception contains 268,000 distinct samples of seeds - each one. Sometimes called the 'doomsday vault,' the Svalbard Global Seed Vault is seen as humanity's last hope against extinction after a world crisis.
